Just to let everyone know who's interested in our Guild... The Eternals has a guild bank tab started in Azeroth, and also a website started at Guild-o-matic.com

my comment here was made because i see his point but i also see the point of the other side. i wouldn't be able to say anything unless i had experienced same myself. i don't like that it happens but i take it with a grain of salt and move on. if it keeps up and i get really irritated, i take some time off. the point of the game is to have fun.

personally i hate forums that's why i don't post in them but it's my job to monitor. that being said, higher level characters in WoW are no different from people in any other facet of life that are more experienced in said facet. they will naturally joke, comment, ridicule, etc on the "lowbies" but more often than not it is to teach. so don't be so harsh.

It seems to me that it's a lot easier to farm high level characters when you have an 80th level toon that is maxxed out with lots of gold and able to supply your lower level toons with gold and weapons and access to guilds. Case in point, I've been playing Warcraft with one of my best friends in Phoenix, and his son plays online all the time with him, he's started several toons out at the same time as I began my highest character... so he gets the bonus of having his dad watch his back all the time, has all the time in the world to play, and access to the guilds - thus, he builds his characters very quickly compared to someone like me who's got marriage responsibilities, work responsibilities, other family responsibilities, and no maxxed out toons.

Of course it's not fair, life rarely is - I'm just amused at the amount of people who have absolutely no lives, yet all the time in the world to play WoW, and the same people who spit on the lower ranks of players and talk tough will often be the ones who call me whining that their internet connection speed is too slow, or helpless because they've been P2P downloading in the background while playing WoW and got a virus that cut off their internet connection or caused their PC to lock up and they think I can fix their PC issues.

Why is it that the people with the 70+ lvl toons always seem to be Gods in their own minds and have a blind sense of loyalty towards things that are honestly really petty and ridiculous.

And here's another gripe, in case you thought I'd have nothing else to afflict you comfortable folks up in the upper atmosphere on Azeroth... why is it that you can type like a 5th grader on a public message board and not feel any shame that your diction is no better when you're playing World of Warcraft? Are your brains that overclocked on PvP that you can't slow down off WoW and put sentences together without looking like you're fresh off the boat from the old country? I know you're trying to look L337 at all times, but to most people, you seem RTARDED.

I'm not done yet... I've got one other thing to address and I'll be off my soapbox...

Come on, people, really... if you're going to IM each other, use a frigging IM client like Yahoo.. hell, CHAT with each other on Ventrilo... but don't post a bunch of one-liners on a Bulletin Board like you're LFG in Ashenvale. That is like telling someone where you wanted to meet them 48 hours ago... it really doesn't do anything, nor does patting yourself on the back and basking in your own brilliance over how great you are that you created another 80th level Tauran Warlock... because honestly, being in the winner's circle and having no one to share the champagne with is a lot like masturbation; you're all alone with no one to lend you another hand... you may as well go F*** yourself.

That being said... anyone who would like to group, looking for pointers and wanting to gripe about certain areas or ideas for LAN party, post away.

Well, I got a character on Chromaggus started named TwoEdge (a nod to Wendy and Richard Pini), and I'm grinding away at the boars to get him up to 30 ASAP. My wife recently started playing and she's got a character now in Bloodhoof as well... pretty awesome, she's getting to know my friends that I've known since I was too young to drink (before I was 8 yrs old.)
